YESO is a local non-governmental organization with significant presence in Somalia. Since its establishment, in 2009, YESO has been working to respond in the short, medium and long-term needs across Somalia on humanitarian, development and cross cutting interventions. Our humanitarian needs have been focusing on essential life saving services. YESO has also been a pillar in pursuing advocacy in rule of law and justice, human rights especially those of children and women, peace building, leadership, democracy and governance as part of its interventions.
