YESO is proud of its staff, they have proved over years about their performance and in meeting expectations, the organization’s chairperson has Masters’ degree in Project management and the program coordinator is currently undertaking a Masters degree in Business administration. Majority of the staffs have degree in their various areas of specialization.

As an organization, we have gained immense knowledge and experience in projects implementation for the last years we have been in operation, since the establishment of the organization in 2009, the team have had a privilege to implement various of projects in partnership with local and international NGOs, also from time to time we engage our staff in capacity building within the organization and in incorporation with other organizations
